Getting to the instructions your...
Getting to the instructions and directions on your products is ridiculous. I could not get the instructions to open from the peel label. And thinking everyone chooses to scan is also ridiculous or even that there's a mobile phone available to scan with.

I purchased the double pack of musinex nightshift and the mucinex fast-max DM MAX from cvs pharmacy store and I was really sick with a head cold congestion in my chest cough did nothing for my mucus I paid 24.99$ I would like a refund i finished both bottles and still was sick as a dog it didn't help me at all

Because you were unhelpful

Find out what your customer needs dont try to sell them something or lie to them that they won money or something then I was told that I would have to pay 5.00 and someone would answer my question and I would get my 5.00 back in the meantime I had just given you my bank card information in order to pay the 5.00 that wasnt necessary just another scam is that any way to treat your customer even though your product worked for me I doubt I will ever buy it again because if what kind of a company you are

Bottle does not work
- - Cap would not open despite box instructions.
- - I forced the cap off with a screwdriver.
- - Spray does not come out; defective bottle; will not buy again.
Bought a bottle of Sinex/Max at CVS. I could not get the cap off following your instructions on the box.
My husband could not get it off, my 2 daughters and my 2 son-in-laws could not get it off. I took a screwdriver and put it under the cap while using a pair of pliers and forced it off. Then when I went to spray it up my nose, nothing comes out. Must be a defective bottle.
I use many other products like Advil, Vicks and even CVS brand and they all work well. I use Mucinex Liquid to clear congestion in my throat and it works really well. I thought I'd try your spray. I paid $9.99 on sale at CVS.
I don't have the box but I have the bottle.
I will not buy another bottle again. Thank You.

I purchased an entire bag (40 medicated drops) of the sore throat and cough relief Alpine Herbs & Fresh Mint flavor. It has an absolutely horrible taste even if it does help my cough.
I purchased it at Target and now I will be discarding all of it. I purchase other Mucinex products that I think are great.
This one is terrible. I would like a refund.

I reside in Pennsylvania. I've had COVID more than five times, and the Mucinex Sinus Max is the only thing that works to clear my head up.
I've been to 10 stores this morning, and it happens every single time that I need it!
Just ridiculous! If your product is that in demand, you guys have a problem with distribution!

- - Mucinex Sinus Spray bottles are hard to open; a screwdriver may be needed; $52 wasted.
- - Five bottles bought; three do not spray.
I dont know what they have done to the Mucinex Sinus Spray bottle .. it is extremely difficult to open and even recommends to use a screwdriver if necessary..
on these 5 bottles I had son open them he also found it difficult.I have purchased 5 bottles and 3 of the 5 do not plunge to spray.. and I have had several in the past that did the same.. I didnt save my receipt and that was a mistake of mine.. I have wasted $52 this last purchase and the same in the past..
and that is something I can no longer afford..
since I only have social security. You no longer have me as a loyal customer of 20 years..

Spray Container Sucks
Mucinex Spray Container let's the saline *** out. Used the container 3 times and it's empty due to the saline drizzling out under the spray nozzel.
